MWAMAYA FAMILY LINEAGE ASSOCIATION collects the information members provide during registration (contact details, identification, and emergency contacts) solely to administer membership, contributions, and events. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to administrators.
Member data is not sold or shared with third parties outside of what is necessary to operate the welfare fund. Members may request a copy of their data or ask for it to be corrected by contacting the welfare office.
